Raymond Michael Weber, 29, of California, was imprisoned after he purportedly shared a video on Instagram of himself holding a firearm as a lady and a high school young lady lay still on the floor. A neighbor supposedly called the Vacaville Police Division in the wake of seeing his upsetting developments with the weapon.
